Patients are expected to pay at time of service. We take payment in the following ways:
- Personal checks
- Debit Cards
- Employee Flex Spending Account
- American Express
- Discounts are given when applicable
As a special service, we will process your insurance papers on your behalf. We will also pre-authorize major dental treatment. However, please be aware that if for any reason the claim is rejected or not paid in full, you are financially responsible for the balance.
Annual deductible fees and patient portion of fees are due at the time of service. Please let our insurance coordinator know of any changes to your dental insurance, e-mail: email@example.com or call the office.
