I just want to thank Dr Vadnal for getting me in right away and being very understanding about my anxiety with getting my teeth worked on. I have an apt. on Mon. w/ the specialist to do the root canal. With the different antibiotics I am feeling much better. Also, Jane is the best. She always makes me smile no matter how anxious I am or even when I was in pain.

Wonderful group of people that makes me feel relaxed and all are very kind and friendly.

Great visit. Very understanding and supportive to my dental phobia. Kept checking on me and helping to calm me. Would definitely recommend to Anyone.

Dr. Vadnal and Debbie did a great job! I no longer feel as anxious about changing dentists. Dr. Vadnal showed me that he is more than qualified to finish the work started by Dr. Moore. I also really liked the follow up work by Debbie. She made sure all the excess glue was removed and that everything was O.K. before I left. Thanks!

Everyone was very friendly and extremely sensitive to my fear of dentistry. Having been there in a dual-appointment; mine and my husband's, I could see that attentiveness and gentleness is standard regardless of fears or not. Everything was explained thoroughly and with patience and understanding. I wouldn't suggest any changes.

Dr. Vadnal and his staff have proven their competence by the work performed on my last previous dental caps. Also my last dental cleaning was very thorough and she discovered a cavity that I didn’t even know that I had! Thus my dental anxiety is much lower because I know I am in good hands. Keep up the good work!!

My visit was more like seeing friends from the past rather than an official appointment, even though I did have a lot of dental work done, it was great!

I hate going to the dentist or should I say I used to hate going to the dentist... I really enjoyed my visit. I had a wonderful conversation with Debbie and both of the receptionists are charming. Most importantly, Dr. Vadnal stayed concerned with how comfortable I was at all times. I was in and out in no time. I already have recommended this dentist and I plan to continue.

There's no doctor's office that I'd rather come to. Everyone is always so sweet, caring and friendly. My only complaint (and please don't tell her it's from me...she was a very sweet gal), is that I don't feel like I got a very thorough cleaning with the substitute (fill-in temporary)-hygienist. In comparison to other hygienists, I think she was a little "too" gentle when cleaning my teeth (with picks/dental instruments). She commented that my teeth were very clean, but I still felt like she barely "scraped the surface" or cleaned along the gum line or in between my teeth very well. It seemed rather rushed or as if she was going around each tooth too quickly. Again, my favorite office and personnel always treat me like family! See y'all around Christmas time...gifts to drop off!

You folks make visiting the dentist ALMOST pleasant. Right down to but not the least, appointment scheduling. Thank you for your thoughtfulness.

Initially I was nervous coming into a new situation, especially after going to another new dentist just recently and not having the best of experiences. Cathy immediately greeted me warmly, welcomed me and made sure I was comfortable. She explained that the dentist would be with me shortly as he was reviewing the paperwork I had brought in with me. Then Jane (I think that's her name--please forgive me if I'm wrong!) came out to get me--even carried my coat in for me! and took me in to meet Dr. V. She explained that she would be sitting in on the initial consultation also. She was so warm and helpful that I relaxed immediately. Everyone made me feel very, very comfortable, even though it was my first visit. The only "downside" that I see for me is that the work areas open onto each other, as opposed to private rooms. Not a big deal, just a difference to get used to. I realize that space dictates usage, so that's just the way things are! THANK YOU TO EVERYONE!

I referred a friend to you and soon as she left your office she called me while she was getting in her car tellling me how thankful she'd asked me were I go because she knew I'm fearful of dentist and for me to go and let them work with me she was like 'is he still excepting new patients.' Hygiene is great, as is Sharron and everyone I've ever met there.

Overall it was much more professional than what I have been used to over the past several years since seeing just a one person dental operation. Perhaps the mot obvious difference, unfortunately for my teeth, was that my dentist was not an oral hygienist and as a result, he treated that part of my dental care as a real "side note" so to speak. That was the most thorough cleaning I have had in years and I have been much more motivated to brush and floss more regularly already as a result.

Everything is great I just love the whole staff. I was so fearful of the dental office but after meeting the Smile Center I don’t mind coming. Thank you guys so much for putting up with a big cry baby.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly, as always. Being open on Saturday is very helpful to me.

Both the receptionist and the technician that worked with me were very pleasant and made sure that I understand any issue that came up.

I just wanted to thank your entire staff for such a wonderful visit we had
yesterday! My daughter, Lilly (5 years), was so nervous about going because she
heard horror stories about the dentist from her classmates! Your entire staff
especially (Jane, I believe her name was) was absolutely amazing!! Lilly felt so
comfortable and talked about her visit the entire night! She even wants to go back
before her 6 month appointment!

I appreciate the extra effort and time you gave to get me through my first "root canal".

Going to the dentist causes me some anxiety. Because of this, I had fallen pretty far behind on getting a regular cleaning. I chose the St. Louis Smile Center because their website addressed dental anxiety. My experience was really wonderful. Everyone that I met was extremely friendly and this alone alleviated some of my anxiety. Dr. Vadnal met with me before my first cleaning and explained the options they have available for patients that have anxiety like myself and helped me select a simple yet very effective solution. My hygienist was very nice, very professional and in no way judgmental. I was able to get cleaned up and current and I feel so much better. I’ll be back every six months for sure.

As always, everyone in the entire office was wonderful! Cannot express how happy I am to have found such a great, caring office! Every single person is warm, welcoming and concerned about your comfort level. Soooo glad I found your office!
